KaashiGo collects as little as it can. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

Using the app

You can browse, search and contact listings without giving us anything. We do not ask you to sign in, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind.

Saved places and settings

Places you save and your light or dark preference are stored only on your phone. They are never sent to us, and deleting the app removes them.

Submitting a listing

When you add a listing, we receive what you enter in the form:

• The details of the place: its name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, a description and where it is.
• Any photos you choose to add.
• Your name and, if you give it, your phone number.

A moderator reviews every submission before it goes live. Once approved, the details of the place and its photos are shown publicly in the app, since that is the point of a directory.

Your own name and number are different. They are seen only by moderators, so they can contact you about the listing, and are never shown publicly.

Camera and photos

The app asks for access to your camera or photo library only when you add a picture to a listing. It reads only the photos you pick, and it does not access your location.

Where it is stored

Submissions and photos are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the service. Like any web service, Cloudflare processes the network requests the app makes. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone.

Removing your information

To have a listing removed, or your name and number deleted from a submission, email hello@kaashigo.app. We will do it and confirm when it is done.

Children

KaashiGo is a general directory and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
